When submitting a project for feedback, you represent that:

• You own or have the right to share the project URL
• The project does not contain illegal or harmful content
• You understand that feedback may be critical ("brutally honest")

Feedback (Roasts and Props) you provide becomes part of the public record on the platform. You grant project owners the right to use and reference this feedback for their purposes.

RoastInPublic, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RoastInPublic and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without explicit permission.

The RoastInPublic name, logo, and related trademarks are our property. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable trademark law.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please contact us with a detailed DMCA notice including:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content on our platform
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

We may offer rewards, bounties, or incentives for quality feedback. These are subject to our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee any specific rewards, earnings, or outcomes from using our platform. Authority scores and leaderboard rankings are for community engagement purposes and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

Your use of our Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content, feedback, or project submissions. Views expressed by users are their own and do not represent RoastInPublic.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed, but your public feedback may be retained.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoastInPublic.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
